Defective Items

If you receive an item that is defective, you may return it for a replacement or a full refund. Please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order, providing details and photos of the defect. Please ensure photos are clear, not blurry and show exactly what the issue is to expedite the return process. 

Wrong Sizes or Items

For items ordered in the wrong size or incorrect items received, we offer store credit to help you select the correct product. Returns must be initiated within 5 business days of delivery, and the item must be unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Sizing and Certification Guidelines

To ensure you receive the correct items:

  • Please carefully review the sizing charts and certifications listed on each product page.
  • Contact our team before purchasing if you have questions about sizing or certifications. We are happy to assist you in making the right choice.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive defective. Items are printed by the manufacturer’s and all manufacturer warranties remain in place offering you peace of mind if something is defective. 

Return Process

  2. Provide your order number and details about the issue, along with photos.
  3. Follow the instructions provided for return shipping.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
