Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed on the same or next business day once the order is placed.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is shipped.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping option selected. Please note that these timeframes are estimates and do not include order processing times.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Certain products may have shipping restrictions based on size or hazardous material classifications.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they are marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is damaged during transit, please contact us within 24 hours with photos of the damage, and we will assist in resolving the issue. Any visibly damaged packages at the time of delivery should be noted to the delivery driver upon receipt and notes placed into the system of the delivery company, typically UPS or FedEx. 

International Shipping

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. Delivery times may be extended due to customs processing.
