1. Custom Orders

• Custom orders include, but are not limited to, personalized hard hats, custom branding, logo printing, and specific modifications to our safety gear products.
• Once your custom order is placed, we will send you a proof for approval before production begins.

2. Production Timeline

• Custom orders typically take 7-15 business days to process and produce, depending on the complexity of the customization.
• Production timelines are provided at the time of order, but delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as high demand, printing equipment issues, supply chain disruptions, or carrier delays.

3. Order Cancellation

• Custom orders can be canceled within 72 hours of placing the order. Once production has started or the order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
• Any cancellation after the approval of the proof may result in a 25% restocking or cancellation fee.

4. Quality Guarantee

• We stand by the quality of our custom orders. If there is a defect in the craftsmanship or if the product does not match the approved proof, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.
• Custom products are non-returnable unless they are defective or not as described.

5. Responsibility for Artwork and Design

• The customer is responsible for providing accurate logos, artwork, and design files. Files should be provided in the vector format and high resolution as indicated on our website.
• We are not responsible for any issues that arise from low-quality artwork or logos provided by the customer. If we notice issues with the design, we will notify you before production begins.

6. Shipping

• Custom orders are subject to longer processing and shipping times due to their specialized nature. Please allow additional time for delivery.
